Art & coaching day for mothers + daughters
Following a successful pilot session with my dear friend and colleague Lea and her twelve year old daughter Debbie, I am excited to offer a one day programme for mothers and daughters at Tate Modern. Mother and daughter are guided to view art whilst reviewing their own lives, relationships and aspirations. Enjoyable, original and deeply nourishing. Support Kids Company
I recently went to hear Camilla Batmanghelidjh, the founder of Kids Company, speak about the impact of violence and neglect on children's brains. Camilla's uncommon approach of unconditional loving care together with high level expertise and practical support is changing the lives of hundreds of vulnerable children every year. Kids Company is now raising funds for an independent research on the effects of trauma on the brain, which will provide an in depth study on the challenges faced by young people.
